Bell Tea Cups Set I - Misty Glazed
Misty Glazed Bell Tea Cups Set - by Tokocha Studio
Three vessels, held within the mist.
Thrown on the wheel in the classic bell shape, each cup opens wide at the rim before narrowing gently towards the foot. Together, the three forms create a quiet study in proportion, light and surface.
The glaze moves from a soft, pale white at the foot into warmer beige tones towards the rim, echoing the layers of mist that gather around Yanwu Peak, where cloud settles over the mountain, softening the boundary between rock and sky.
Subtle variations in tone and texture allow each cup to feel like a different moment within the same landscape. Held against the tea, the pale glazed surface also brings the natural colour of Phoenix Dancong into focus.
Designed as a set of three, the cups invite sharing, a quiet vessel for tea, conversation and the changing colours of the mountain.
雾 · Mist Collection
Refined, fluid and smooth. The 雾 Mist collection evokes the softer side of Yanwu Peak, where mountain meets mist.
Tokocha Studio by Fabienne Tjia
Ceramic artist exploring material, touch and ritual. For Yanwu, Fabienne translates traces of the mountain into vessels for tea, working through texture, form and the marks of the hand.
