Mountain Estate

Yanwu Peak. Over a thousand metres. Phoenix Mountain range, Chaozhou. A mountain this steep is no longer a single place or dimension. North-facing slopes hold mist longer. South-facing terraces catch more light. The soil shifts within a few hundred metres of walking. Wind moves differently through a ridge than through a hollow.
